- All orders are shipped within 1-2 days via Australia post (express) or registered post, depends on size of item you order, small items will be shipped using express post, larger items registered post. please note that Australia Post satchels does not have insurance and we are not responsible for any loss or damage, if you wish to have your item insured please select Australian Air Express courier service. you will be informed if any items are out of stock and you have the choice to wait for the items to arrive, choose another item or ask for a refund.
- ETAs on products are provided by suppliers and we have no control over it, in some situations items may take weeks to arrive, please call us on 1300 74 70 74 to check availability or ETAs.
- Privacy & Security
- Customer data transmission is secure through SSL 256 bit encryption, no credit card information is saved on our website, all information is transmitted directly to the bank (ANZ).

- We only return / replace faulty items, we do not refund for change of mind or if you don't like the product. a replacement will be shipped out for any faulty product after the product is returned to us with a pre-issued RMA number. All products are covered by 6 months warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page.
- Ordering
- iPhone Accessories Australia operates from a warehouse and not a shop front, we do not allow pickups, all orders are shipped.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- All prices are GST inclusive, payments can be made by credit card via ANZ eGate (An online payment service provided by ANZ Bank) using Visa / Master Card / Amex, Direct deposit or Purchase order for pre-approved customers only. When you pay by Credit Card, the transaction will appear as "All Technologies Bexley" on your card statement.
- Viewing Orders
- You can view all your orders online, download / print invoices, refer friends and perform multiple tasks.
- Updating Account Information
- You can update all account information online under "My Account", you can change personal details, addresses, password, refer friends, add products to wish list, subscribe and un-subscribe from mailing list.
